Additional Page or SOA not working

Symptoms

The Additional Page Editor and / or the SOA Editor simply do not load correctly with no error on the screen.

Cause

The most common cause of this is cached temporary files that are not clearing automatically for different reasons.

Resolution

Close iAdviser / iBroker and Clear Local Temporary Files (instructions can be found here).

Further Action

If this does not work or you have to do this often (e.g. daily) please contact Helpdesk.
