GetToken Error when Distributing or trying to use Additional Page

Symptoms
If you try and go the the additional page or distribute documents, a large error appears referring to Get Token and Bad Request that looks like this:
Hitting the OK button also completely shuts down the application.
Cause
There is more than one user using the email address to login with, and one or more of those logins are currently inactive.
Resolution
Contact Helpdesk and let them know the email address you are logging in with so they can remove the inactive email addresses.
