Symptoms
When attempting to open usually an older quote or policy, an error appears when you open it with the Exception Details 'There is no row at postion 0', similar to the below:
Cause
The most common cause of this is the Insured Name has become inactive.
Resolution
Go to the Insured Names tab and remove the Valid To of the required Insured Name.
This will allow you to open the transaction and select the correct Insured Name.
Further Action
Ensure you add the Valid To date back to the Insured Name when done.
