Font size too large

Symptoms

The font size within the application appears larger than normal, and possibly wraps around the screen. This sympton is particularly exaggerated within the Document Management screens

Cause

The font size is based off a Windows setting, which influences how the screens are presented to the user when running our applications. iaAnyware applications only support a font size of 96dpi.

Resolution

Need to reset the font magnification level back to 100%. This will allow the text to 'fit' back on the screen.

1. Right Click on the desktop and select 'Display Settings'.

   

2. Set the font size bar back to the far left, so the size shows 100%.

   

Under some circumstances, there will be a restart required. This is usually when the magnification is higher than 150%.
