Duplicate Folders

Symptoms
You will either see a duplicate folder in document management, or more commonly you will get a very general error when trying to convert a policy.
Cause
While rare, occasionally a duplicate folder can be created due to a timing issue when saving a policy. The check when converting a policy looks for the transaction (which is seen in document management as a folder) and finds more than one, throwing the error.
The folder will look similar to the below:

Resolution
Please escalate this issue to your Helpdesk. They will log a ticket with iaAnyware Support who will remove the duplicated folder. Once done, the user will be asked to attempt another conversion.
